- We will ship out the goods to the courier company within 2 - 7 working days from the day you placed order.

Our product are to be delivered to you at a requested address. It is essential during delivery, someone is in to receive the products.
If you are at work, it would be advisable to ship to your office address.
Kindly provide us the correct shipping address, otherwise we are unable to send the parcel to you.
We required somebody responsible to check that they received the product/parcel in a good condition upon delivery.
If the product/parcel is found damaged, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative.

If you received a faulty item, please inform us immediately.

3. We will exchange your item for a new one. In your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you with store credit or refund back to you via bank transfer within 14 working days.
