Complaints

We take all complaints very seriously. If your experience any problem with your products, complaints must be made within 24 hours upon receiving the product.

Cancelation of order 

If you wish to cancel the order, please inform us immediately. All order can be cancelled before they are fulfilled to the courier company. There will be no refund if the order is fulfilled. 

Kindly follow the steps as below

1. Kindly provide us your Invoice Number (etc #181017) and send to please contact us via email at enquiry@allcharacterstore.com or whataps via 60102123891

2. We will check if the parcel has already send for pick up by courier company, we will confirm and update you if the order is cancelled.

Upon cancelation of order, any refund will be credited as store credit to customer's account at www.allcharacterstore.com and can be used for next purchase. Refund to credit card and cash are not available. Refund process will take a minimum 3-5 working days. 


Change of Delivery Address

If you wish to change the delivery address, please inform us immediately. 

Kindly follow the steps as below

1. Kindly provide us the new delivery address and your Invoice Number (etc #181017) and send to please contact us via email at enquiry@allcharacterstore.com or whataps via 60102123891

2. We will check if the parcel has already send for pick up by courier company, we will confirm and update you once the parcel already changed the delivery address. 

 

Out of Stock Item

After your order has been confirmed and your received an email from us regarding the product is out of stock. We are sorry to inform you that these situation do arise sometimes due to defect of the products. 

In this case, we will cancel and refund the item even the order has been confirmed. 

We will notify you via email and via whataps upon cancelation. 

You may request refund via bank transfer or our store credit. Refund process will normally take a minimum of 3-5 working days.
