Shipping Address
Our product is to be delivered to you at a requested address. It is essential during delivery, someone is in to receive the products.
If you are at work, it would be advisable to ship to your office address.
Kindly provide us the correct shipping address, otherwise, we are unable to send the parcel to you.
Delivery Condition
We required somebody responsible to check that they received the product/parcel in a good condition upon delivery.
If the product/parcel is found damaged, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative.

Faulty Item
If you received a faulty item, please inform us immediately.
Kindly follow the steps as below
1. Take photo of your item (the part that is faulty)
2. Kindly provide us your Invoice Number (etc #181017) and send to please contact us via email at enquiry@allcharacterstore.com or whataps via 60102123891
3. We will exchange your item for a new one. In your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you with store credit or refund back to you via bank transfer within 14 working days.
Incorrect Item
If you received an incorrect item, please inform us immediately.

3. We will send you back the actual item that you ordered. If the item that you order is out of stock, we will reimburse you with store credit or refund back to you via bank transfer within 14 working days.
